Please complete this on-line Membership Application Regular membership is open to organizations (person, firms or corporation) DIRECTLY responsible for or involved in the administration of Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation act claims (i.e. claims manager, etc.) Associate Membership is open to organizations (person, firms or corporation INDIRECTLY responsible for or involved in the administration of Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act claims (i.e. attorneys, etc.)

NWLAA is a non profit organization. Regular members pay dues of $50.00 for a two year period. Associate members pay dues of $30.00 for a two year period of time.
